Drawing on the report written by 300 social scientists for IPSP in 2018 “Rethinking Society for the 21st Century”, Mr. Sheng argues for balanced governance with popular legitimacy and diverse, adaptable approaches to social change. He also examines the recent US mid-term elections and the challenges of global leadership.
